Do you have an app?

Yes, we do have an app! The ClubRight Member app is the perfect solution for gym enthusiasts who want an easy and convenient gym experience. With the app, you can access your gym's facilities and services all in one place, from booking and cancelling activities/classes online to updating your customer details and purchasing prepaid credits in advance. You can even share your gym experience with your friends on social media. So, don't wait any longer! Download the free ClubRight Member app today on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and take your gym experience to the next level! However, please keep in mind that you must be registered with our gym first before using the app.

I haven’t used the gym, how can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for unused memberships. If you no longer wish to be a member of Bodies in Motion, you must cancel your membership before your billing date.

Please note, all cancellation requests must be received 4 days BEFORE your billing date. With less than 4 days' notice, payment may still be taken.

Please note that our memberships run on a rolling 30-day contract and renew monthly unless frozen or cancelled.

What memberships do you offer?

  • Standard Male Membership - Male Gym Membership for £8.99 p/m - Access to our gym during male times.

  • Silver Membership - Female Gym-Only Membership for £12.99 p/m - Access to our gym during female times.

  • Gold Membership - Female Gym & Classes Membership for £14.99 p/m - Access to our gym during female times and access to classes!

  • Please note that our memberships run on a rolling 30-day contract and renew monthly unless frozen or cancelled.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership by cancelling the direct debit with your bank. If you pay by recurring card payment or cash, you can cancel by emailing us on bodies605050@outlook.com or bodiesinmotion@clubright.co.uk – Please include in the subject line that you pay by recurring card payment to avoid any delays. 


Please note, all cancellation requests must be received 4 days BEFORE your billing date. With less than 4 days' notice, payment may still be taken but will not be refunded, however, you will be able to reinstate for the time you have paid by calling us at 01282 605050.

Are children allowed entry?

Members between the ages of 12 and 16 years old are welcome to join but may only use the Studio/Cardio room. No one under the age of 16 may use the Fitness Suite.

When will my first payment be taken?

Your first payment is taken right away. Subsequent payments are taken on the same date each month thereafter.

How do I book a class?

You can book classes via the classes timetable or our mobile app ClubRight.

The Gold Membership or credits here are required.

How do I book a session with a PT?

You can book sessions with one of our personal trainers, by contacting them via Instagram @_bodiesinmotion

What happens if I book a class but don't attend, without cancelling, multiple times?

If you book a class and don't attend without cancelling multiple times, we will have to ban you from booking classes for a certain period of time. We understand that things come up, but we kindly ask that you cancel your classes if you're not able to make it. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us create a positive and inclusive fitness community.

What should I wear to the gym?

We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Athletic shoes with good support are also important to prevent injury. Please note that some classes may require specific attire, such as yoga pants or non-slip socks. We also ask that you bring a towel to wipe down equipment after use and that you refrain from wearing strong perfumes or colognes out of respect for other gym users.

What should I do if the app doesn't work for me and I can't book or cancel a class?

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the app. If you're unable to book a class, please don't hesitate to call or email us for assistance. We're happy to help you book or cancel a class and answer any questions you may have.

What should I do if I'm not sure how to use a piece of gym equipment?

We understand that some of our gym equipment can be intimidating or confusing to use. If you're not sure how to use a piece of equipment, please don't hesitate to ask one of our staff members for assistance. We're here to help you get the most out of your workout and ensure that you're using the equipment safely and effectively. Additionally, females are also able to book an induction with our personal trainer Rasmin to learn how to use the equipment and get personalized workout advice.

Why have I got two payments coming out of my account?

Uh oh, this might be because you have two memberships. Drop us an email at bodies605050@outlook.com if this happens and we can get that resolved for you.

How does freezing my membership work?

When you opt to freeze your membership, it will be put on hold until you decide to unfreeze it and start using the gym again. It's worth noting that the date you choose to freeze your membership isn't significant. What matters is the date on which you decide to unfreeze it and return to the gym, as this is what affects your membership. Once you unfreeze your membership, it will be reactivated and remain active until your next payment date. Please keep in mind that if your payment date is on the 20th of each month and you choose to unfreeze your membership before this date, such as on the 19th, your next payment will still fall on the 20th, giving you only one day before paying again. However, if you unfreeze on the 21st, which is as soon as possible after your payment date, your membership will continue until the next 20th, which is a full month later. We hope that this freezing option will enable you to make the most out of your gym membership, and we look forward to your next visit!

When will your spa be opening?

We are currently unsure of the exact date for the spa opening, so we cannot confirm anything at this time. However, we will be sending out an email and advertising it when the time comes. To receive the email updates, please create an account with us on https://bodiesinmotion.clubright.co.uk/register. There's no need to make a membership, just add your email and you will receive our email updates.
